Typically, HQ, USAC will stand-down for approximately 30 days after Annual Training (AT) each summer, returning on the Wednesday after Labor Day.  This period of closure allows staff members to get caught up on family and business matters after the intensity of service at AT.  Please do not expect any routine administrative response during annual stand-down.
