For detials, download Letter of Instruction (LOI) – USAC Orientation – Fiscal Year 2010.

USAC Orientation is a four-day program of instruction which provides potential and recently-enrolled USAC personnel with an introduction to USAC-specific subjects.  Further, USAC Orientation provides an introduction to the steps associated with the formation or operation of a unit, with ACPAM 210-1 serving as the primary course materials.

USAC Orientation for FY-2010 will be held at the National Cadet Training Center (NCTC) in Millersburg, KY on 15 - 18 Oct 09 and 18 - 21 Mar 10.  To ensure quality and consistency throughout our program, USAC Orientation is required prior to wearing any USAC military uniform as a member of the USAC Officers’ Corps or Noncommissioned Officers’ Corps, effective 1 Oct 09.

The first two days of USAC Orientation will provide detailed classroom-based orientation to USAC-specific subjects such as Cadet Protection Policy Training, USAC history, core values, officer professional development system, unit administration, training techniques, recruiting and internal communications.  The second two days will be conducted in conjunction with the Unit Training Assembly for Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC), allowing participants to see an operational unit inaction and permitting them to “shadow” unit officers during the various aspects of a Multiple Unit Training Assembly (MUTA).
